Why, it's a living nightmare?
i'll tell you why..

1. no air-con
2. no water heater
3. no washing machine
4. no water dispenser
5. no tv
6. no wireless! can't even apply. cause SOME ppl never pay telekom 600plus for the bill and we the latest residence can't apply. WE're basically BLACKLISTED.
7. it's mega old... Megamall younger still.aih...
8. got stove no gas. WE have to get it by ourself and carry it up THREE floors.What on earth?!
9. It's super hot!!
10. It's not worth it!
11. I'm suppose to pay rental fees for 1 semester, they charged me for 2 sems.. The receipt wrote 1 sem!! stupid..... argh.
12. I'm stuck with a contract for three months!!!!!! or else i loose my deposit of 500plus. sobz..

Other collages, their managements over air con, water heater, water dispenser, some even tv. and some wireless! here got nothing la!! wanna apply also cannot. AND i found out that all my roomates wanna get out from that apartment once their contract ends in august on the first day there!!! How worst can it be????? i dunno... Not to mention the size la. And they say got cleaner hor. My roomate say since feb haven't see the nose yet!Batang hidung pun tak nampak!! ARGH!
